Dan and Lucas were very friendly and courteous they were very efficient and explained to us in detail everything they were going to do. Their work was of a very high standard and we are very pleased with what they have done. On fitting a new water pump to produce better pressure Dan explained everything about the pump and which was the best to use. Despite a small hurdle he was able to complete the task. They ensured mess was kept to a minimum and proteded our carpets with carpet protector. they were both very likeable guys.

Major heat helped me out when my boiler broke down in the severe cold weather. They talked me through step by step how to cure the problem and get my heating back on quickly. The expert advice was given to me with no money gain to his company. I would definitely go back to them when i have a problem I couldn’t solve or needed a new installation work done.

Annual boiler service
Dan came to do our annual boiler service for us. As always he was on time, worked in a tidy manner and gave us an impeccable level of service. He listened to my concerns about clanking pipes and made some useful suggestions how we can combat this too. We have used him regularly over the last 4 years and would highly recommend, nothing is too much trouble, he is great at working around small children and as one of them would say he is simply the best plumber!!
